ABOUT HUAKONG

Engineering that connects the whole control task.

Huakong is based in Chongqing, China. Our work brings together electrical-control engineering, PLC programs, operator interfaces and supervisory monitoring.

HARDWARE, LOGIC AND THE PERSON USING IT

The interface should reflect
the real equipment.

A control system is more than its program or screen. It depends on the way devices, operating rules, physical interfaces and people work together.

Our published experience includes pumping stations, conveyors, dewatering controls, robotic key storage and central monitoring, together with a documented multi-station parameter-management study. The English case summaries focus on the engineering approach while omitting customer-specific information.

EVIDENCE YOU CAN EXPLORE

Six cases.
Different integration challenges.

The project library covers controller logic, physical cabinet interfaces, automated handling and supervisory information. The multi-station study is explicitly distinguished from field-delivery evidence.

Water & utilities

Integrated pumping-station control

Siemens S7-200 SMART · Haiwell HMI

A PLC, HMI and cabinet scope that brings basin levels, pumps and auxiliary equipment into a structured operating interface.

Material handling

Multi-level conveyor control

Mitsubishi FX5U · variable-frequency drives

Mitsubishi FX5U control for a multi-level belt conveyor, with grouped operation, individual manual functions and drive-state monitoring.

Central monitoring

Multi-area equipment monitoring

SCADA / supervisory interface

A delivered monitoring-interface project that organises equipment visualisation, state information and area navigation around daily use.

Automated storage

Robotic key-storage management

PLC motion control · X/Y/Z positioning · supervisory task management

An integrated key-management system combines user identification, task management, PLC-controlled three-axis positioning and vacuum handling of individual key boxes.

Multi-station coordination

Multi-station parameter management

HMI / supervisory variable assignment

A source-backed engineering note from a tunnel-fan project explains how one parameter source is organised for distribution to three target control objects.

Water & process equipment

Twin dewatering control and local panels

S7-200 SMART communication · MCGS HMI · drive interfaces

A two-machine dewatering control scope brings grouped operation, process start/stop steps, adjustable delays and field control boxes into one electrical-engineering package.

Platforms from documented work

Examples include Mitsubishi FX5U, Siemens S7-200 SMART, MCGS and Haiwell operator interfaces, together with supervisory visualisation and motion-control integration. Compatibility with another device or engineering-software version is assessed from the exact project information.

HOW WE APPROACH THE WORK

Specific requirements. Explicit responsibilities.

These principles guide a project discussion; the quotation and agreed acceptance requirements define the actual commitment.

01

Scope before promise

Identify the required functions, available materials, exclusions and responsibilities before setting a price or schedule.

02

Evidence before claim

Use actual project material. Separate historical reports, interface illustrations and test results from current site verification.

03

Handover by agreement

Define the editable files, documents, licences and checks that will be included in the delivery.
